I am catching up with posting online my articles.
This is the continuation of the previous article:
SELF-DISCIPLINE AND LAZINESS PROGRAM- PART 1
SELF-DISCIPLINE AND LAZINESS PROGRAM- PART 2
So I did my exercises last night ( the short version ) but this morning I failed in a way because I also did only the short version. Anyway now I will seat down and I will make a plan organizing my projects and activities.
In the past one of the difficulties when it comes to making plan with my tasks and responsibilities was that I wanted to do too many things. And then because there is a very high unpredictability of my job thus my plan failed and I gave up on it. This time I do not want to repeat the same mistake and instead - as I mentioned earlier - I want to put priority on couple of my tasks and I need to make plan in such a way so that it focuses on these important tasks. And I either completely suspend other tasks or I postpone them for later.
Thus the priority tasks which I talk about are:
1. My teeth - I am doing an experiment and I try to regenerate/regrow my teeth. Thus my plan is to do the visualisation techniques 2 times day.
2. Sleep - I want to cut my sleeping hours but because I fail on this project regularly so now I will work on the element of not allowing myself to snooze and get out of bed immediately after waking up.
Thus in the next 3 weeks I will focus on these 2 tasks and I need to plan my other activities so that they do not affect them negatively. And so here I will need to apply self-discipline or otherwise I will fail again.
