I am catching up with posting online my articles.
I have moments when I work a lot but then I also have moments when work little. But even though I work less I am not as effective as I would like to be when it comes to my other projects. The explanation to it is that when I work more ( and it is very intensive ) I get to the point of excessive tiredness. And to recover from it I need about 2 days. But if I have to do other things in this period then my rest and recovery is not fully effective and I end up postponing my other tasks for later.
In any case I try to cut down my work and take more time for myself because I realise that I cannot continue to work on the high revs as I used to do in the last couple of years. But apart from cutting down my work I still must do something ( make a better plan ), which would help me to manage better my time and organize my responsibilities.
The best would be if I learned and find a way to rest my body more effectively with less sleep. I continue doing my experiment and I try to cut my hours of sleep but somehow I got stuck and I do not do any progress lately.
