Something different about tiredness from work

I am catching up with posting online my articles.

This is the continuation of the previous article:

SOMETHING DIFFERENT ABOUT TIREDNESS FROM WORK - PART 1

Since I wrote my first article about my observation in regards to me being less tired from working I had a chance to see how I cope with extreme load of work. So in the last week I had 2 days when I did so much work - like never before - and I am coping with it quite well.

Ok... there are few important points which I have improved in the last months - breathing, concentration and nutrition - and so it must be helping me and my body to cope with the overload of work.

I remember that few months ago I set myself certain limits ( daily and weekly ) in regards to amount of work which I accept and now I am completely blowing off those limits as I am doing almost double of what I was allowed. Of course I do not want to work like this all the time but still breaking my rules gives me in a sense a nice surprise as I see that I can do much more than I thought that I could do.

So now I start to ask myself a question about whether my tiredness was created within my mind ?

And that would indicate that I accepted a certain belief in my mind that I am tired ( or that I will get tired if I do this amount of massages ) and I have given my power to it. And thus through giving my power to this belief I was the victim. But now through "unpredicted situations and events" I am "forced" to work more and I have to find the strength to do it no matter what. And surprisingly I do it very well. I do something which I never thought I could do.

And so it looks like the tiredness is the creation of our own. We accept a belief that we are tired. We give our power to this belief. And later we become the subject/victim to this tiredness.

Interesting... isn't it ?
