I am catching up with posting online my articles.
So I had tough day at work. It sucked my energy but still I am coping quite well with it. Although I work a lot my body weight is rather stable. And normally I would lose 1-2 kilograms. Another important point is that do not let to accumulate other tasks ( e.g. cleaning of my apartment etc. ) and I do them as I go. Not everything but still I keep discipline with it. And I would also say that this helps me to keep strong.
I let myself to sleep longer than 6 hours at night and then I also try to get short 17 min sleeping break during the day but with more physical work that works well for me at the moment. And I do not have the typical symptoms related to oversleeping like I used to have before.
Of course I would like to have some time off ( 1 or 2 days ) but at the moment I have decided to accept all of the clients who contact me as I need to cover my increased costs related to my projects and investments.
Now I am going to have some rest as tomorrow I am going to be busy as well.
