Last night I did not set up the alarm and I slept about 5 hours. Later during the day I decided to stop my continuous work and to have some time when I do nothing. I lied down on the sofa and I fell asleep. I slept just over 2 hours. Then I got up and I have worked on the computer for about 7 hours.
Now it is 1 am. I feel ok. No symptoms of hangover or tiredness. I guess that I could stay awake much longer. And I am going to do it.
