Today I have worked long hours and I am at the point of writing that I do not know what to write. And in a way this is true but well I decided to push myself a little more and try to write something.
Thus last night I tried to keep awake but eventually I lied in bed and I slept about 4.5 hours. As I said I was busy with work and I had no time to take any breaks for little "beauty sleep". Now it is 1.20 am and I feel tired but I will try to not lie down in my bed as it is way too comfortable there and I know that I would fell asleep very quickly.
So I will finish this article and I will take a shower. I will do some breathing exercise and I eat something. If I decide to lie down then it will be on the hard base of the bed and I will lie down on my back. For me it is difficult sleep on the back so I am sure that I will wake up quickly if I fall asleep.
You'll know... this is not really a favourable moment to do my experiment. I was very busy at work in the last 2-3 weeks and tomorrow again I have few appointments. But I decided to do come back into continuing with this experiment because there is one rule which is always true:
The best moment to change something is NOW.
