7 YRS PROCESS - DAY 1250 - HARD WORK WITH CORRECTING THE POSTURE OF THE HUMANITY - PART 1

Hard work with correcting the posture of the humanity

I am catching up with posting online my articles.

I have been working as a massage therapist for some years now but it is only last couple of months when I have started to pay a lot of attention to the posture of my body and then also the posture of my clients. It is that I have realised that the bad posture contributes to many ( also serious ) health problems. For example I have realised that depending on how we place our feet when we stand and walk it will affect the dynamics of the knee joint which at some point may develop into arthritis, broken cartilage etc.

This one realisation about the knee may seem as if it was nothing because it is so simple and so obvious.

But guess what ?

This simple and obvious thing about the knee is being missed completely by many humans. But what is even worse is that this is being missed completely by the doctors and other health specialists. And that simply means that many patients are being sent unnecessarily on the operation table.

You'll know... I understand that there is at play the element of the wear and tear and the older the body is the greater the chance of having problems with the joints. But you'll see... many of the joint problems come from "walking incorrectly" for some 20-30 years, which increases the stress and friction within the joints and through it, it accelerates the wear and tear. Thus obviously eventually there comes the point when your knee joint is completely fucked up and then you really need the operation ( including knee replacement ). But then I know for sure that if somebody showed you how to correct your posture then you and many other people would be able to get rid of the annoying pain in the knee and other joints and also it would be possible to avoid the necessity of the surgery.

To be continued
