I am catching up with posting online my articles.
One of the points which is really interesting when it comes to change is that it is really difficult to change.
I am talking here about the real change of self because then we also have the change which happens within the mind but unfortunately this change is just an illusion and perception within the mind.
Thus how to distinguish the real change of self from the change within the mind ?
Well... usually the change within the mind is accompanied by emotional excitement. And I could give here the classical example of a person calling his friend to share the great news about quitting smoking cigarettes. This person is usually very euphoric when telling his friend that he has not smoked for few days already.
But you'll see... for most of the people smoking is difficult and when they do it they find the strength and the energy to do it from the emotion. But the emotions cannot last for ever.
Yeah.... this is an interesting observation about the emotions.
Emotions = energy in motion depends on energy which is normally extracted from the body itself. And because there is a limit of how much energy can be extracted from the body so there is less and less of "strength" to quick smoking. And so there comes the moment when few days/weeks later you will see your friend smoking again. At first it he will say that this is just one cigarette since few days/weeks etc. ( or he will give you some other excuse ) but eventually you will see your friend getting back to the old habits.
