Working in the team

I am catching up with posting online my articles.

This is the continuation of the previous article:

WORKING IN THE TEAM - PART 1
WORKING IN THE TEAM - PART 2

About 4 months ago I decided to work on a new project with couple of friends. We had a very noble objective. We are very good specialists in the field of natural medicine and we decided to join our forces and work as a team. You'll know... working in the team is much more effective rather than working each on their own. Well... of course this applies only under condition that the team works as a team towards the common goal instead of each person from the team trying to achieve their egoistic goals and compete with others.

So we had a very good team. I could even say that we had a dream team. I wrote few weeks ago an article about it. Each one of us was contributing something valuable to the group and through this not only the whole group was stronger but also each of the members was stronger. There was unity. The things were flowing easy and in harmony. And we thought that we would conquer ( or something like this ) the world.

Unfortunately today ( about 4 months later ) we are at the brink of break up. It looks like we are not capable to transform efficiently certain issues and problems and most probably we will have to close down our team and work on our own. I guess that we will continue to work on the project and the goal that we set for ourselves but each one of us will work alone on it. At least I talk here for myself. I will continue with the project and I will not stop. Of course I will not be as efficient as if I worked with the team but well... this is what it is in the moment.

Now... the summary. I know that there are many people out there who had a very similar experience with their business partners etc. and later they have decided to never again work as a society with other people ( business partners ). Well... maybe it is not always easy but when finally people from the team work out the problems and issues then it is something really amazing to be part of this team.

To be continued
