I am catching up with posting online my articles.
And again I am facing the point of not knowing what to write and so I will make a short briefing of what I did during the day.
Today I had to take a friend to the airport and I was obliged to wake up earlier than usual. Thus instead of sleeping 6 hours I slept only. Although it was kind of difficult to get out of bed at 5 pm I had no choice. Anyway after I got up and started to move I was feeling really good.
After I came back from the airport I lied down in bed for about 1 hour. I was half awake and half asleep. Then I also made 2 short breaks to get some rest ( without sleep )because I felt a bit tired but in the end I managed to sleep less than 6 hours today. And so this got me motivated to start again my experiment with sleeping less than 6 hours which I have been doing last year.
Another thing which I happening right now is that started to take some homeopathic remedies and it looks like this activated the process of cleaning within my body because I have flu like symptoms with mucous in my nose. Thus I got myself to try my method ( deep breathing and stopping my thoughts ), which helped me to stop and prevent the flu in the winter months and I see that it helping me instantly to ease up the symptoms - I can breathe better and I feel better after doing it. And so I will repeat it before I go to sleep.
And so this was my day.
