I am catching up with posting online my articles.
Lately I have heard few unbelievable stories about how the banks in Spain rip off the people with their credits. In one of the stories ( real stories ) one person has been paying the mortgage for some 10 years without even realizing that he is not and he would never be the owner of the house that he is paying for. He only found out about it because he got broke and he was not able to make the payments anymore to the bank. Luckily somebody recommended him to get the advice from an association of voluntary lawyers. And then one of the lawyers checked all the documentation and discovered that the bank made some dirty business.
Anyway... there are many cases of people who are being evicted, thrown on the street without any means to live. But before this happens, these people have to put up and live in stress for months or years because the banks apply their dirty tactics of manipulation and threatening people. Before the banks take your house and throw you on the street they make you to sign new documents and they manipulate you so cleverly that you will believe that they are trying to help you and that this is for your best interest.
Obviously this belief will make most of the people to not even read the document and they will sign it "blindly". But even if they wanted to read these documents, a normal person is not be able to "decipher" and comprehend all those legal paragraphs and words and so one day you will find yourself on the street and you will not be able to do anything about it.
