7 YRS PROCESS - DAY 1040 - HELP FOR THE FAMILIES OF THE ADDICTS - PART 2

Help for the families of the addicts

I am catching up with posting online my articles.

You'll see... if somebody experienced told you how to deal effectively with addicts then you would not have to learn the hard way. And there is also a point that learning the hard way does not mean that you become the master of this subject. And this is because living with the addict can ( and usually it does ) turns into the hell on earth and then it is very easy to get lost within it and fall hard on. There are many people who have never recovered from the emotional hell which they have lived for many years with their partner who was addicted. And it is also important to say that some people did not survive at all because they either got seriously sick and die or they got killed by their addicted and mentally unstable partner or they committed suicide because they could not deal with it anymore.

If people knew how to recognise the symptoms of addiction and acted appropriately instead of:
- hoping that everything is going to be OK
- praying to god
- etc.
then we would be able to prevent a lot of problems and millions of unnecessary deaths in our world. But because the education about the addiction is almost non-existent then people don't know how to deal with this problem and let themselves to be pulled deeper and deeper into the shit hole until it is too late. I have seen it on multitude of occasions. This is a vicious cycle which grows bigger and bigger and there comes a point where everything becomes overwhelming and then people give up.

Look... addiction is a global and very serious problem. It creates a lot of harm and damage as a result of direct and indirect consequences. And thus it is hard to believe that our governments spend relatively so little money on education, prevention and specialized centres to help addicts.

Of course we do not need to rely and depend exclusively on governments to do something with this problem. Each and everyone of us has the capacity and can do something to solve this problem. Look... our global problem with addiction is the result of collective creation. We have created and manifested our current system ( either directly or indirectly through acceptance and allowance that somebody else does something ) where we have huge problem with addition. You'll see... it is enough that you are the owner of a bar or discotheque where you benefit from selling alcohol ( also drugs, cigarettes etc. ) and you are contributing to the global problem with addiction. I know that you need to somehow pay your bills but why don't you start for example a shop with healthy and fresh fruit juices. This would make a huge difference... wouldn't it ? I know that probably you won't make so much profit as you do with your bar but this is such a clear and obvious example showing that although we are small and insignificant we have the power to "shape" and influence this whole world.

So you'll see... this is not so much responsibility of your government to deal with addiction problem in this world. It is you and it is me who can stop and prevent it. And so all we need to do is that everyone stops creating this problem.
