I am catching up with posting online my articles. I moved to a new place and I was without fixed internet access for almost a month. I was also very busy with work and that is why I got this big delay with posting online. Though I did not skip a single day with writing my articles.
Last night I did not manage to keep awake for long. I fell asleep relatively quickly and I woke up after about 6 hours. My throat was still covered with phlegm and I had a cough. It got better during the day but now in the evening I feel that it is a little worse again. So it looks this technique with deep breathing and stopping the mind is not a miracle cure for all. All together it did help to ease the symptoms but still it does not remove them completely.
The conclusion ( in this moment until I discover something new ) is that there is sickness which can be caused by the mind and which is caused by excessive participation within the mind which uses excessively body resources and overloads it with the crap and later the body tries to remove it through the sickness. On the other hand our body is not untouchable like the body of the superman. We must take care of it ( keep it warm, give it proper nutrition and keep it clean etc. ) or otherwise it will also get sick.
Deep breathing and stopping the mind is recommended to do whether we are sick or healthy but yet this is not all.
What is going to happen with me now ?
Well... I will not take any medications from the doctor because I don't see the need for it. But maybe I will have a look at natural medicine and see if there is something which can support me and my body.
