How to stop and reverse cold and flu without medicine

I am catching up with posting online my articles. I moved to a new place and I was without fixed internet access for almost a month. I was also very busy with work and that is why I got this big delay with posting online. Though I did not skip a single day with writing my articles.


Last night when I finished writing my article I lied down in bed. I was not well. I was much worse than I thought I am and what I have written. I was tired. I felt weakness in my body. I had fever. I had phlegm in my throat. I had a feeling of nausea ( I thought for a moment that I would vomit ). The cough was causing discomfort and slight pain in the lungs. I thought: "shit... I am going to be sick".

But no matter what I followed my plan. I put on warm cloths; double socks; I put extra cover on my duvet. It was kind of hot but I needed it. Although it was a bit cool on the outside I left the window open to get the fresh air. I lied in my bed and I was breathing.

What I have noticed in regards to my breath that it was not as shallow and I did not have to push myself to do deep breathing as I was 10 days ago. Thus my conclusion was that this problem ( sickness ) was not so much related to the "fumes of the mind" but it was due to the fact that my body got cold at night because my cover was warm enough and that is why I got sick.

Anyway... after about 30 min I fell asleep. But not for long though. Thus I continued to breathe and relax ( stop ) my mind. This concentration on breathing kept me awake. From time to time I had a glass of water and I ate couple of bananas. It doesn't mean that banana has some special anti-flu properties. Simply I was hungry. Thus I could be any other food as long as it doesn't overload body because it is hard to digest. After about 2 hours I got up and I did some work on the computer. Then I ate 3 oranges and I went back to bed. This time I fell asleep for about 4 hours.

When I woke up I was feeling better but still I had a little bit phlegm in my throat and slight cough and thus I have decided to cancel my appointments with my clients for the day though I went outside to get some fresh air and to get some pleasant warmth of the sun. This was all helpful. I was getting better and in the afternoon I have even made an appointment with a new client.

Now it is midnight. I feel good but I still have slight cough. So now I will get in bed and I will try to stay awake as long as I can, breathe deep and stop my mind.
