Let's say that you live in a house with few other people and all of this people have comfortable life within that house. Everybody takes care of the house and the house is kept clean and in order. But one day one person conceives an idea within his mind that he deserves to have a much bigger and better room then he has and thus he decides that he will build himself a bigger room within that house. But he doesn't consult the idea with other members of that house and simply starts the construction. At first he uses the material that he has within his room. But because this is not enough he starts to collect and use the material that he founds in the house. But this is still not enough and he starts the take single bricks here and there out of the walls of other rooms and out of the walls of the house.

Eventually he completes his room. Some of the members of the community ( the house ) and express their concern and dissatisfaction because this bigger rooms causes disturbance in the normal flow of life but there is no action taken to change it. After some time everybody gets used to the new order and nobody complaints about the bigger room anymore. Everybody takes it as normal and continue living their life within the same - although changed - community.
